The rooms remind me of a small home they have every amenity very nice place to stay especially if you're on the road working there's definitely no other place where the staff are as knowledgeable or helpful.

You get what you pay for. Everything was clean but the beds were like sleeping on a rock. No breakfast expected since 1 guy is running the whole show. I can't really complain since it was so much cheaper than $400 a night jacked up prices in Bryan. Just know....you get what you pay for.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's inA great location, plenty of room in each room. The entire property is well kept and very clean. And the entire staff is very pleasant and professional. I will stay here again.

This location has potential especially during their renovations but hotel management refuses to provide free breakfast explaining they are too short staffed to heat up some eggs and sausage and provide at least cereal with milk claiming “COVID issues” on their signage. The phone doesn’t work in the room either.

Good stay room was clean and decent only complaint is the breakfast isn't the greatest. For the price it's nice if your on budget. One piece of advice make sure you know how many nights your staying there's a no refund policy I'd you leave early.

Our car broke down in Franklin just north of Hearne, while going on a trip from Longview to Round Rock, and nearly every hotel in the area was booked out for the night, except this one, so it was our obvious choice. From the outside, it looks like what you’d expect from a motel; nothing flashy and maybe just a touch run down. My biggest concern was the safety of my wife and children, but upon coming onto the site, I found that I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. I was able to book a room in moments, and the man at the front desk was helpful and prompt with getting us into our room. The rooms were clean and spacious and the AC worked almost too well! The beds were comfy and my girls were so happy that they were able to watch cartoons on the tv. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that they advertised free breakfast and when we went to grab some, the offices where the breakfast area is was locked and no one was around. Overall, I’m very thankful we ended up here while we tried to figure out our vehicle situation.

Great price for the room. Our room was nice and clean. Not enough pillows and towels. If you want more towels you have to bring used ones first. Usually after my shower all I want is sleep after a long business trip not chasing towels for the next morning

I had to stay at this motel for one night in a pinch, working in Hearne for the day, I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations, clean room, comfortable bed and plenty of amenities, minus a pool. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Hearne who doesn't want to pay the higher price for the Holiday Inn Express.

10/18/2020: This was a great stay for the night. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked extremely well. Our outside parking was right in front of our room door so that was convenient. The whole parking area was well lit. The only problem was that the sign out front advertised free breakfast. When I went up in my mask to get a takeout plate, there was no breakfast. According to the individual at the front desk, it had been closed due to COVID-19 concerns. Alright so update your sign folks!

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean, including the bathroom. The a/c works superbly! The cost was lower than most hotels. Come and stay!!!!!
